COURSE DESCRIPTION

3 Ways to More Time and Energy is designed for adults. It mentors in coaching yourself in order to grow yourself into a healthy mentor, a whole person integrated in body, mind and emotions. This course takes the concepts of calm, balance, and focus and examines them in depth with a personal approach.  Adults can either register with a partner or take the course individually to maximize the learning potential and to facilitate success!

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR

Mary Gunther understands what it means to operate in a rapidly changing environment. One of the second class of women ever to graduate from the United States Naval Academy and the mother of nine, she has been involved in leadership education for the past 25+years. After attending her first ICC conference in 2005, she then brought ICC conferences to Maryland and started the first ICC Chapter there.

 

Mary’s interests are varied and diverse: from graphic design, organizational health, latest tech trends, and visual storytelling. Along with her experience and training in leadership development, Mary holds a certificate in Art Integration across Curriculum from the Kennedy Center in Washington D.C. as well as a certificate in Christian Nonprofit Leadership from Christian Leadership Alliance. She assumed her role as Chief Influence Officer for ICC in June 2017. Mary lives in Annapolis, MD with her husband and a rapidly changing number of children at any given time.

Week 1 - Course Overview

  • Understand the connection between your time & energy and compelling goals, mission and vision
  • Explore how clarity, control and connection assist in more time and energy.
  • Develop a mindset of personal development in the process of investing your time & energy.
  • Determine how focus on one thing supports habits that develop more time and energy.
  • Assess your current station: where you are and where you hope to be


Week 2 - More Time and Energy for a focused mind

Week 3 - More Time and Energy for balanced emotions

Week 4 - More Time and Energy for a calm body
